Right to access/rectify/erase your personal data
Upon proof of your identity as a User, you have the right to obtain confirmation from Remote Madeira as to whether or not your personal data is being processed. When [client] processes your data, you also have the right to access the collected personal data. If you wish to exercise your right of access, [client] will comply within one (1) month after receiving the request.

Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can always be corrected. It is up to the User to first correct inaccuracies and incompleteness. You can exercise your right to rectification by providing an additional statement to Remote Madeira

You also have the right to have your personal data deleted by us without undue delay. You can only invoke this right to be forgotten in the following cases:

  • During the period Remote Madeira needs to assess the presence of the grounds for deleting personal data.

The User also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time. Remote Madeira will then cease processing your personal data unless Remote Madeira can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh the User's right to object.

If you as a User wish to exercise these rights, Remote Madeira will comply within one (1) month after receiving the request. The request is made by sending us an email.

Right to data portability
The User has the right to obtain the personal data provided to Remote Madeira in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
